Privacy at Leipzig Cricket

What we store, and why

• Your profile — name, email, phone (optional), photo (optional): so teammates and managers can recognise and reach you.
• Availability & selections — whether you can play and whether you were picked: to organise matches.
• Match statistics— batting, bowling, and fielding numbers: the club's sporting record.
• Match fees — amounts owed and settled: cost tracking only; no payments happen through this app.
• Carpools — rides you offer or claim: to share transport to matches.
• Notification settings — device push subscriptions you explicitly enable.

Data lives in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt). Transactional email is sent via Brevo (EU). We use no analytics or advertising trackers. Access is invite-only and restricted by role — for example, only you and team management can see your fees.

Your rights

• Download your data anytime from Account → Download my data (JSON).
• Delete your accountanytime from Account. Your profile is anonymised: name, email, phone, and photo are removed and your login is permanently deleted. Match statistics and team selections remain under "Former player" so club records stay intact. Open fees, availability answers, and carpool entries are deleted.
• Correct your data — edit name, phone, and photo yourself; ask any team manager for the rest.

Retention

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months are anonymised by an admin using the same process as self-deletion. Anonymised sporting records (statistics and selections) are kept indefinitely as part of club history.
